easy berry cobbler.

I tried to make mine the healthiest way possible.

4 tbsp. earth balance 
(organic buttery spread)
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1 cup organic soy milk

1 package each of:
& raspberries

Heat oven to 375°

Melt butter separately & pour in the bottom of 9x13 inch pan.
Mix together Bisquick, sugar & milk
Pour over melted better.

Cut up fruit & spoon over.
Bake for 30 minutes are 375°

So easy and really good.
I might try to use less better & less sugar next time.
Just to see if it's still as good.
